Powerhouse Louisville is a family owned and operated facility which provides 40 pieces of cardio equipment, Cybex, Precor, and Hammer Strength equipment.  We have the largest free weight area in town, Dumbells up to 150lbs, and Kettlebells.  Exercise equipment is provided free during group exercise and we have a semi-private core training room.  Also available is customized training and nutrition programs as well as personal trainers.

Locker rooms are fully equipped with a large number of lockers and 3 showers each.  The facility also includes a large Pro-shop with supplements and clothing.  Free Wi-Fi is provide though out the facility.
